Report Abuse or Copyright Infringement

Use this for content that violates our Terms of Service or Submission Agreement — such as spam, harmful content, impersonation, illegal material, or harassment.

📋 What to include in your email:

1. Subject line: Abuse Report – [App Name or URL]
2. URL of the content you are reporting (e.g. https://www.myvibecodedapp.com/app/123)
3. Type of violation (e.g. spam, harmful content, impersonation, illegal material)
4. Description of the issue — be as specific as possible
5. Your contact email so we can follow up if needed

If you believe content on MyVibeCodedApp infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA § 512), your notice must include all of the following:

📋 Required information (all 6 items are mandatory):

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the work you claim has been infringed (e.g. "My app named X, published at [URL]")
2. URL of the infringing content on MyVibeCodedApp (e.g. https://www.myvibecodedapp.com/app/123)
3. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
4. Good faith statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury: "The information in this notification is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is sufficient)

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice you believe was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Identification of the removed content and its URL before removal
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, and phone number
4. Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court (or if outside the US, any judicial district where MyVibeCodedApp may be found)
5. Your physical or electronic signature
